The American Legion Hall is perfect for any occasion. From Wedding Receptions to Anniversary Parties to Family Reunions and Fund Raisers for your Non-Profit Organization. The American Legion, Wentzville Post 323 is ready to help make your Event special for you and your guests.

Hall rental priority shall be given to Veterans — Veterans Groups — family of Veterans for wakes , memorial services , meetings and special occasions. Other groups shall be accommodated based on their affiliation with known Charities and local organizations.

  1. Veterans Groups: This includes Auxiliary Functions; SAL functions and Legion family Functions.
  2. Fund raisers for Charitable groups.
  3. Weddings – Bridal Receptions — Wedding Rehearsal Dinners For related functions.
  4. Known Sports Chapters and Groups
  5. Fire Departments and Police Groups — and related service organizations.
  6. Area Clubs
  7. Youth Groups — Boy Scouts…Girl Scouts….etc.
  8. Alcoholic Beverages — We can provide.

Hall Rental Information

The Banquet Halls has separate entrances, along with concrete parking that will hold approximately 200 cars that surrounds the building. All Halls have separate Lounges, (Post 323 will provide bartenders.), Use of Kitchens (Caters should arrive with all food prepared and use the Kitchen for set-up and service.), Handicapped accessible Restroom’s and wheelchair ramps at our four outside entrances. We can also loan out wheelchairs, walkers, etc., to use while attending a function.  We will be happy to try and accommodate all of your rental needs.

Upper Hall and Lounge:   $750   4,656 Sq ft.    Maximum Occupancy 440 persons, Rate includes 1 bartender

Upper Hall: 3,312 Sq ft.   48 x 69 ft.    Maximum Occupancy 350 persons
Upper Lounge: 1,344 Sq ft.   42 x 32   Maximum Occupancy 90 persons

Upper Lounge:   $350

Lower Hall and Lounge:   $350      2,726 Sq ft.    Maximum Occupancy 250 persons

Lower Hall:  1,786 Sq ft.   38 x 47 ft.   Maximum Occupancy 150 persons
Lower Lounge:  940 Sq ft.  47 x 20     Maximum Occupancy 100 persons

NOTE: Rentals may NOT be scheduled for individuals who stand to profit individually from admission tickets sold at the door for dances and related functions. Each RENTER must show evidence that he/she represents an established group or organization and provide a description or details about the nature and purpose of the organization that they represent.

(This clause is in keeping with current American Legion insurance requirements and IRS restrictions.)
